RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you shop at BEEMORE DRINK LTD.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK consumer law.
Returns conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The box/case must be unopened
• The packaging must be intact and undamaged
• All cans inside must be unopened and unused
• Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation
We cannot accept returns of opened or damaged boxes or any individual cans.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
We may make a deduction if the goods show signs of use or damage caused after you received them.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
• Please send photo evidence to hello@beemoredrink.com
• We will provide a replacement or refund once verified
